봄의 향연 : Spring in full bloom

봄이 무르익어가고 있다. 생명의 경이로운 탄생과 만물이 성장하는 단초를 제공하며 우리에게 아름다운 꽃의 향연으로 빛, 모양, 향기에 취하게 한다. 주위의 푸르름이 순간마다 더해가고 있는 이 축복의 계절을 놓치고 싶지 않다. 어디를 둘러 봐도 놀라운 창조주의 솜씨는 끊임없는 경이와 감탄을 자아내며 선을 향한 인간의 추구를 다시금 자극하며 격려하는 듯 하다.

Thousands of people braved cold weather and downpour on April 2, 2011, to enjoy the cherry blossoms, a highlight of Washington, D.C.'s, cultural calendar. The popular springtime event celebrates the emergence of the pale pink cherry blossoms that adorn hundreds of trees lining Washington's iconic Tidal Basin, a small harbor along the Potomac River.
