인도 철도 승차: Riding the Indian Railways

Almost all rail operations in India are handled by the state-owned organization Indian Railways – one of the biggest and busiest rail networks in the world.
Operating 9,000 passenger trains and transporting up to 20 million passengers every day, trains wind through 40,000 miles of railway track while cutting through some of the most densely populated cities.
Indian Railways Minister Pawan Kumar Bansal unveiled increases in fares for the second time in two months to help mend the networks finances.
