Iceland is one of those misleadingly named locations in Scandanavia. It is not filled with blocks of ice but gorgeous mountains, waterfalls and green scenery that will take your breath away. Polish landscape photographer Jakub Polomski explored this magnificient land, travelling over 4,000km (2,485 miles) to capture these images.
