일본 재난을 돌아봄: 사진과 재해 동영상 : Japan Crisis in Retrospect - Video and Pictures

일본에 지진과 쭈나미로 인한 피해가 생긴지도 한 달이 훨씬 넘었다. 이제는 점차 우리의 관심과 뇌리에서 사라져 버리고 있다. 아직도 수 많은 이재민이 피난소에서 힘들고 어려운 생활을 하고 있고 방사능 확산으로 인하여 소개된 지역은 언제나 다시 주민들이 들어 갈찌를 알지 못하는 가운데 방치되고 있어 황량하고 피폐해가는 광경과 소식이 마음 아프게 한다.

천재지변이 일어나면 인간은 대피하는 수 밖에는 없지만 그래도 사전에 준비하고 대비하여 시스템 정비와 특히 원자력 발전소에 대한 조치 등은 완벽하게 검토되고 정비되어야 할 것이다. 당시의 끔찍한 상황과 수색 작업 그리고 가족을 찾아 헤매는 사람들의 모습 등을 담은 비데오가 있어 다시금 정리하였다.

 東日本大震災後に仙台市内で保護された「被災犬」の譲渡会が23日、市動物管理センター(宮城野区)で開かれた。92組の家族などから「うちで飼いたい」と応募があり、14匹が新しい飼い主を見つけた。センターによると、震災後、市内で102匹の犬が保護され、20日の時点で38匹の引き取り手が見つかっていなかった。このうち15匹が、応募した家族らとふれあった。センターが応募者の希望などを見て、14匹の引き取り先を決めた。
